About The Crowle & Ealand Arrow
The Crowle and Ealand Arrow is distributed to 3000 homes each month in Crowle, Ealand, Eastoft, Keadby, Althorpe and Derrythorpe. The area is known as the north of the Isle of Axholme and is situated between Scunthorpe and Epworth.
The Crowle and Ealand Arrow includes articles submitted by local people for local people. It includes news and information from around the area including monthly articles from St Norbert’s Catholic Primary and Althorpe and Keadby Primary School. Regular features include the Isle of Axholme Camera club news, The Wildlife Society, history in the Isle by Mr Anthony Catherall, a monthly police report, letters from the local church and a quarterly letter submitted by Crowle town Council.
In addition to the regular articles, local people submit up to date news and event details and with the inclusion children’s articles there is something for everyone.
People of all ages, residents and businesses look forward to their issue of the Crowle and Ealand Arrow each month being posted through their door.
The ‘Someone Special’ feature allows anyone in the area to nominate a person that they feel deserve something special. We then choose one person each month to receive some flowers courtesy of Jackie’s Floral Designs of Crowle. The details will also be announced each month on the local radio station, Trax Fm.
The Crowle and Ealand Arrow is designed to bring local information, and local business details to each home and business in the area. Many local businesses advertise in the magazine allowing for local people to find and use local businesses with ease.
